Algorithm to do various aspects of Matrix Correlation Simulations in Python.

This program does matrix correlations analysis in high dimensional data. In addition to RV and Modified RV coefficients, it returns three correlation measures that are introduced in our paper, Borzou A., Yousefi R., and Sadygov RG, Another Look at Matrix Correlations, Bioinformatics, 2019, in press. The libraries that are used in the code can be installed at once by setting up anaconda. The simulations presented in the paper are also included in the code.
